A Life of Greatness

This week marks the six year anniversary of our beloved Teddy’s passing. Let’s look back with joy at the moments during which he lit up the stage with his voice, talent, and humor.

It Had Better Be Tonight

Crooning “It Had Better Be Tonight (Meglio Stasera),” with Voices 3 on Royal Caribbean, headed to Puerto Rico on NYE, during his wedding anniversary!

A Cradle In Bethlehem

Arranged and recorded by Robbie Wingfield, Teddy sings every part. This was his favorite Christmas carol and a Christmas gift to his, “sweet, sweet mama Martha.”

Fly Me To The Moon

This was Teddy’s farewell tour in Nov. 2017, backed by a 40 piece orchestra and using Sinatra’s original arrangements and charts. He had just come out of the hospital two days before. Talk about the power of music!

I’ll Keep Calling It Christmas

This was an original song written by Tommy Deering & Dan Bradley. While Teddy was sleeping in the hospital, they pinned the sheet music to his gown, requesting his to be the voice for their song.

“Davey had a classic velvety voice, reaching up into an Irish tenor but also comfortable down in a warm baritone. It made him an easy, natural crooner…”

Danny Boy
Teddy said that he always thought of his father (“Dan” or “Pop”) each time he sang this. Perhaps that’s why it was his best.
Just In Time
Listen to the care in each phrase, he takes his time. Absolutely beautiful.
Beautiful Maria (Live at The Hilton)
Stardust (Live at The Hilton) arranged and conducted by Robbie Wingfield.
This song was one of his favorites of all time.
